Dedicated Therapeutic Practitioner
I am Sky, a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. I work in an integrative way, drawing from systemic, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches to support each client’s unique needs. This perspective allows us to explore the deeper patterns and root causes of distress, while also developing practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
Philosophy & Approach
My therapeutic philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that every individual possesses an inherent capacity for growth and self-correction. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership, where your unique experiences are honored in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere.
I employ an integrative approach that weaves together systemic insights, psychodynamic exploration, and mindfulness techniques. This multidimensional perspective allows us to address the root causes of distress while providing practical tools for navigating life's complexities with greater ease.
By considering the whole person, mind and relational history. I facilitate a sanctuary where silence is heard, and spoken words lead to meaningful transformation. Together, we work towards restoring balance and nurturing a more authentic way of being.
